Who is your inspiration? There are people I admire and follow. When asked who is my inspiration an image comes to mind of a woman who presented at one of my first women’s leadership conferences. Her face remains visible, but the feeling of being in her presence is something I can feel to this day. I decided to find her, instead of remembering her.

In my research around DI&E issues, I came to upon a hidden medical cost contributing to, and maybe even fueling the gender pay gap. The cost is infertility.

@Jayne - aside from the fact that is INDEED quite a revelation, and aside from enjoying a sense of amazing discovery, infused by your evident wonder and curiosity - the Topic made me wonder if I have a understanding of your eventual Podcast or if it is also undergoing a transition. Nothing for you to say or do right now dear Jayne - just know that I’m awake. LOL

@maryjlrowe You are always so wise. My Podcast is undergoing a transition. I am trusting where and what I feel drawn to. Where it’s going, I think I will know as I come to the end of my 100-day journey. My business is also shifting.
I feel drawn to Host-on-mic, which I was terrified to approach in POD9.
