Podcasts where listeners can dive deeper

We’re building tools that allow listeners to dive deeper into your podcasts - text or audio footnotes, links between sections of podcasts, moving through your past episodes based on their interests, and automated recommendations (all within your podcast, not taking them to other peoples’ episodes).

The aim is that our tools should automatically create these links and footnotes (no extra work for you), to allow listeners to explore more deeply, so that those listeners will be happy to pay for a subscription to your podcast.

We have a bunch of tools. But what we need now is a guinea pig - a podcast that is happy for us to build out these links, interactions and recommendations. We’d do all the work (tweaking the tools, bug fixing, etc.). If you’re happy with the results then you and we can go live to your listeners (ideally with a subscription, so you start making money). Best case, you get a much better way to make money from your podcast (unless ad revenues are sufficient for you?). Worst case, it’s an experiment that we all learn from. Given how horribly hard it is to make money from podcasts, we think it’s an experiment worth trying.

Anyone interested in being that guinea pig?

Very interesting, and congratulation on the build!

I’m interested, but the Podtalk show is currently on hiatus. But if that’s not a show-stopper for you… what the next step?

Cheers!
